does is allow other applications (ie: accounting, inventory control, web based, and mainframe systems for example) to be automatically integrated into aXs.

This integration allows users who are use to their existing systems, to retrieve documents based on what they are currently working on without needing to do any other functions outside of their system.  Best of all, it requires no programming, or extensive knowledge of the system to accomplish this.
